Fund I’s investment objective is to produce attractive risk adjusted returns by investing in real estate based assets in select secondary markets nationwide, with an initial focus on Northern Nevada, Atlantic coast of Florida and select regions of California. The Fund will focus on real estate construction and bridge loans both whole and participation interests, either newly originated or closed, secured by residential, multifamily and commercial properties.

Fund I provides investors a diversified real estate portfolio that capitalizes on multiple markets, borrower types, and deal profiles while limiting risks that are idiosyncratic to individual investments. As a mortgage pool, RE Fund I leverages the strengths of Small Balance Real Estate funds by providing a strong capital and asset model.
